Learned counsel for petitioner submits that petitioner was initially working as Shiksha Karmi Grade- 3 at Government Primary School, Rautpara, Telangarapur. According to policy formulated by the State Government, services of teachers working with the Tribal Panchayat 3 Department has been absorbed and those teachers have been placed in T-Cadre. At the time of absorption due to some typographical error, name of petitioner is shown in the gradation list of E-Cadre teachers. After getting knowledge, petitioner submitted representation before the respondents for correction of gradation list so far as it relates to petitioner to be placed in gradation list of T-Cadre instead of E- Cadre, however, till date such correction has not been made. 3. Learned counsel for respondent No.6 would submit that after getting knowledge and receipt of representation from petitioner, respondent No.6 wrote letter to respondent No.4/District Education Officer for taking necessary steps for correction of cadre of petitioner from E Cadre to T- Cadre as services of petitioner has been adsorbed by the School Education Department and petitioner is under the control of respondent No.4. 4. Learned State counsel submits that he may be granted time to seek instructions in the matter. 5. I have heard learned counsel for parties. 6. Grievance of petitioner is only to correct the cadre mentioned against the name of petitioner as E Cadre to T Cadre and by that and as stated by counsel for petitioner, name of petitioner would be mentioned in the gradation list of teacher of T- Cadre. 7. In the aforementioned facts of the case, instead of keeping this petition pending seeking reply from the respondents, I find it appropriate to dispose of this writ petition at this stage, permitting petitioner to submit fresh comprehensive representation before the concerned authority and, in the event petitioner submit such representation, concerned 4 authority shall consider and take decision on the representation to be submitted by petitioner, in accordance with law, expeditiously, preferably within a further period of two months from the date of receipt of the order. It is ordered accordingly. 8.
