Contention of the petitioner is that under the Residential Housing Scheme having 5000 dwelling units were to be allotted on the basis of lottery. The petitioner had applied in pursuance of the advertisement and, thereafter, the draw was done on 10.7.2018. 2. Learned counsel for the petitioner further stated that to confirm as to whether he was successful in the draw, he had also applied in the RTI and no reply has yet been sent to him. Thereafter, the petitioner has once again approached the Vice Chairman of the Ghaziabad Development Authority on 11.5.2026. 3. The counsel appearing for the Ghaziabad Development Authority Sri Ajit Kumar Mishra holding brief of Sri Umesh Kumar Singh states that the representation of the petitioner would be decided within a period of one month in accordance with law. 4. In view of what has been stated by the learned counsel for the Ghaziabad Development Authority, we dispose of the writ petition providing that the representation of the petitioner dated 11.5.2026 be Versus Counsel for Petitioner(s) : Shrikant Chaturvedi Counsel for Respondent(s) : C.S.C., Tejasvi Misra, Umesh Kumar Singh Girijesh Pathak .....Petitioner(s) State Of Uttar Pradesh And 3 Others .....Respondent(s) decided within a period of one month from the date of production of a certified copy of this order after providing an opportunity of hearing to the petitioner as well. 5.
