Mallikharjuna Kuladeep Thoka, learned counsel for the appellants, submits that, in view of the settlement arrived at between the parties outside the Court, the appellants seek permission of this Court to withdraw the present second appeal and the same is endorsed on the bundle. 3. Permission is accorded. 4. Accordingly, the present Second Appeal is dismissed as withdrawn. There shall be no order as to costs.
