1,65,44,903/-) vide Bill No. 2025- 9216025 with an interest @24percent per annum for the delayed amount to the petitioner in respect of execution of above-mentioned work., forthwith and pass IA NO: 1 OF 2026 Petition under Section 151 CPC praying that in the circumstances stated in the affidavit filed in support of the petition, the High Court may be pleased pleased to DIRECT the respondents to consider for payment of and 1st part bill of Net amount Rs. 1,39,40,337/- (Gross amount Rs. 1,65,44,903/-) vide Bill No. 2025- 9216025 with regard to the completion of work i.e.,

The Court made the following Order:
The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner was entrusted with the work for providing BT with hot mix process and paver blocks to Vekateswara Foundry Road, in Division NO.41. (RD 1.2). (Rc.E6- 116233/2023) vide Agreement No.21/2023-2024, dated 08.01.2024. 2. It is submitted that the petitioner had completed the work entrusted to him and that the competent authority of the respondents had also approved the payments due and payable to the petitioner. The respondents have also recorded the progress of the work and the amounts due and payable to the petitioner in the M-Book. 3. Heard the submissions of the learned counsel for the petitioner, the learned Government Pleader for Municipal Administration and Urban Development Department, Sri S.V.S.S. Sivaram learned Standing Counsel for the respondents 2, 4 and 5 and the learned Assistant Government Pleader for Finance and Planning. 4.
During the course of hearing, the learned Standing Counsel appearing for Respondents 2, 4 and 5 submits that the additional approval from the CDMA is under process and soon after its release, all the additional amounts will be released, the bill will be finalized and uploaded in the Nidhi portal. 5

Recording the submissions, this writ petition is disposed of at the admission stage, directing the respondents to verify and release the payments due and payable to the petitioner as expeditiously as possible, preferably within a period of eight (08) weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
