Heard Mr. H Ali, the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner as well as Mr. M P Goswami, learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the State of Assam.
2. This is an application under Section 483 of the BNSS, 2023, whereby the petitioner Miss Arafi Begum has prayed for releasing her on bail, after she was arrested in connection with Mukalmua P.S. Case No. 37/2026.
3. Miss Arafi Begum has been in custody for the last 75 days. No charge sheet has been filed

4. Therefore, considering the long period of detention of the petitioner in custody and also considering that no charge sheet has been filed till now, her bail application is allowed.
5. It is hereby directed that the petitioner, Miss Arafi Begum, who was arrested in connection with Mukalmua P.S. Case No. 37/2026, shall be released on bail of ₹25,000/- with a surety of like amount to the satisfaction of the learned Special Judge, Nalbari. With the aforesaid direction, this bail application stands disposed of accordingly.
