The instant bail application has been preferred by the petitioner for grant of regular bail for the offences registered under Sections 96, 127(2), 115(2), 352, 3(5) of B.N.S, 2023 (corresponding Sections 366(A), 342, 323, 504, 34 IPC) in connection with Muffasil PS Case No. 93 of 2025 corresponding to G.R. Case No. 739 of 2025, pending in the Court of learned A.C.J.M, Sahibganj. 3. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has committed no offence and he has been falsely implicated in this case. He submits that the statement of the victim girl falsifies the entire allegation made against the petitioner. He submits that the victim girl has made allegation against the informant that she has been assaulted by the informant therefore she left her house. He further submits there is no criminal antecedent against the petitioner and he is in custody since 16.09.2025. 4. Learned APP opposes the prayer for bail of the petitioner and submits that the victim girl is minor. 5. Having regard to the gravity of the offence and the allegation made against the petitioner, I am not inclined to enlarge the 2026:JHHC:5624 2 petitioner, above-named on bail.
