Pursuant to award no.15/2021-2022 dated 08.11.2021, it is stated that the compensation amount of Rs.79,37,145/- was deposited in the Principal District Court, Namakkal. Since such defects were not rectified till date, the present writ petition has been filed seeking disbursement of compensation. 2. Learned Additional Government Pleader accepts notice for respondents 2 and 3. He submits that the defects would be rectified within two months and that the petitioner may apply thereafter to the Court concerned for disbursement of compensation. 3. By recording the above submissions that the defect would be rectified and the reference would be in order within two months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order, this writ petition is disposed of. No costs.
