According to the petitioners, the 1st respondent died leaving behind the proposed respondents and others as legal heirs. Further, some of the legal heirs of the 1st respondent are already on record, viz., appellants 1 and 2 and respondents 2 to 4. Apart from that, the proposed parties are also legal heirs of the deceased 1st respondent. Therefore, filed this application. 3. Though this Court ordered notice on 02.12.2025 to the proposed respondents and the notice has also been served on the proposed parties, none appears for the proposed respondents and other respondents. Further, no counter affidavit has been filed by the respondents. 4. Considering the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of the petition and the facts and circumstances of the case, it is appropriate to allow the application. Accordingly, the present application is allowed.
