HON'BLE SHRI PARTH PRATEEM SAHU, JUDGE ORDER ON BOARD 23.04.2026 1. The petitioner has filed this writ petition seeking following reliefs. “10.1. That, this Hon'ble Court may kindly be pleased to direct the respondent authorities to pass necessary order for permission to appear in the examination of M.Sc. (Physics) 2 / 2 10.2. That, this Hon'ble Court may kindly be pleased to direct respondent authorities to consider the representation of the petitioner. 10.3. That, this Hon'ble Court may kindly be pleased to grant any other relief as it may deems fit and appropriate.” 2. Learned counsel for petitioner submits that the petitioner while working on the post of Teacher (L.B.) has obtained the degree of Msc (Physics) from C.V. Raman University, Bilaspur, however, for want of permission, the higher qualification of the petitioner has not been entered in the service record. Petitioner had earlier prior to prosecuting his Msc (Physics) has submitted an application, however, it remained undecided till date. He also submits that in some of the cases, the respondent authorities of Bilaspur Division, have granted Post-Facto permission and therefore, petitioner is also entitled for the same. He submits that Petitioner may be permitted to submit a fresh representation before respondent No. 3 and direction be issued to concerned authority to consider and take decision on the representation, at the earliest, within specified time frame. 3. Learned counsel for State submits that in view of the limited prayer made by counsel for the petitioner, she is having no objection. 4. On due consideration of the submissions made by learned counsel for the parties, the writ petition at this stage is disposed of directing the respondent No. 3 to consider and take decision on the representation submitted by the petitioner, in accordance with law, expeditiously preferably within a further period of three months from the date of receipt of copy of order passed by this Court. 5.
