Application No.6122 of 2025 in C.S.No.616 of 2018 P.DHANABAL, J This application is filed to permit the applicants/plaintiffs to file the proceedings of the Commissioner of Land Administration, Chepauk, Chennai, vide Ref.No.K1/1259133/2021, dated 18.10.2022 (xerox copy) and order of W.P.No.8600 of 2023, dated 28.08.2023 (certified copy) as additional documents and to mark them as Document No.19 and Document No.20, respectively. 2. According to the applicant, these documents are essential to decide the issue raised in the suit. The applicant is unable to produce the documents at the time of filing of the suit and hence, the applicant has filed this application to receive the same as additonal documents. 3. The other side has not seriously objected this application. 4. Considering the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of the application and taking into account the facts and circumstances of the case, this application is allowed. The additional documents shall be received, subject to proof and relevancy at the time of recording evidence.
