The petitioner is apprehending his arrest in connection with Lohardaga P.S. Case No. 108 of 2025, registered for the offence under Sections 140(1), 351(2), 3(5), 103(1), 238 and 61(2) of Bhartiya Nyaya Sanhita, 2023, pending in the court of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Lohardaga. 3. At the outset, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that investigation is going on and the Investigating Officer has opined that when material will be collected, then only any action will be taken. 4. In view of his such submission, it transpires that there is no apprehension and even non bailable warrant has also not been issued against the petitioner. 5. Accordingly, this petition is disposed of with liberty to the petitioner that if apprehension is there in future, the petitioner may file fresh anticipatory bail application.
