In this writ application, the petitioner has prayed for a direction upon the respondent No. 3 to ensure the institution of First Information Report made on the written complaint of the petitioner with respect to abduction of her sister. On 23.04.2026, learned A.C to Sr. S.C.-I. was directed to take instruction as to whether any First Information Report has been instituted or not and today on instruction, he submits that Barkagaon P.S.
