This is an application for impleading the Branch Manager of the State Bank of India, Geetanagar1857 Branch, as a party respondent in the connected writ petition. 3. The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner’s father had died in harness and the family pension accrued to the petitioner was although paid and submitted in the account of the petitioner, but the same was not allowed to be withdrawn by the State Bank of India. As such, she submits that the State Bank of India becomes a necessary party in the present proceeding. 4. In view of the same, the applicant is allowed to implead the aforesaid party as respondent No. 10 in the connected writ petition. 5. The petitioner is further directed to file an amended cause title and necessary correction would be done in the CIS in the Registry. 6. Interlocutory Application is allowed. JUDGE Comparing Assistant
