By filing this miscellaneous application, the applicant, who is also the writ petitioner in WP(C) No. 567/2023, has prayed for recalling the order dated 25.05.2026 passed by this Court in WP(C) No. 567/2023, by which the said writ petition was dismissed for non-prosecution. The learned counsel for the applicant has referred to the Cause List of this Court dated 25.05.2026 and submits that in the letter of absence, his name is reflected in the said column for being on leave from 15.05.2026 to 25.05.2026. 4. Therefore, the applicant has been able to show good cause for the non- appearance of the learned counsel for the petitioner on 25.05.2026 when the aforesaid writ petition was dismissed, as the name of the learned counsel is reflected in the letter of absence column. 5. Having heard the learned counsel appearing for the respondents, the prayer stands allowed. 6. Accordingly, the order dated 25.05.2026, by which the writ petition was dismissed is recalled.
