Showcase notice was issued to the encroachers under the provisions of the Act. 3. Since enforcement action has been commenced, respondents are directed to follow the procedure by affording opportunity to all the parties, and thereafter conclude the enforcement action by evicting the encroachers within a period of twelve weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. 4. With the above direction, the writ petition is disposed of.
