Case No.424/2020 dated 13.08.2021. 2. Sri.Y.V. Prakash representing Sri Y.K. Narayan Sharma learned counsel on record for the petitioner is present. Petitioner Sri. Rajesh N.B is also present in person. Sri. Poojappa J learned counsel for respondents is present. Equally respondent No.1 Smt. Shruthi is present. 3. Both the learned counsel submit that parties to the proceedings arrived at a settlement before the mediation centre and therefore recording the terms of settlement, the revision petition may be disposed of. 4. Having gone through the contents of the memorandum of settlement and upon hearing both the learned counsel and the parties, the revision petition is disposed of with the following:- - 4 - HC-KAR NC: 2026:KHC:7997 RPFC No. 189 of 2021 ORDER i. Petitioner and respondent No.1 agreed to lead their matrimonial life happily along with their children and the same is recorded. ii. Both parties agreed to withdraw the cases if any filed by them against each other and the same is recorded. iii. Petitioner/husband agreed to give a sum of Rs.13,000/- per month to respondent No.1/wife to run the family which includes the expenses to be incurred for the children as well. iv. Petitioner/husband undertakes to give more money during the times of need to the family however subject to his earnings. v. Petitioner/husband undertakes to bear entire education and marriage expenses of the children. vi. The terms of settlement are recorded. vii.
