By this petition, the petitioners herein are seeking a direction upon respondent no. 3 to decide an application dated 23.02.2026 filed for the correction of tentative 3D award passed in terms of sub-Section 3 of Section 3-D of the National Highway Act, 1956. The petitioners herein are also seeking a direction upon respondent no. 3 not to release the compensation assessed in the 3D award of the land of the petitioners, in terms of notification dated 14.03.2026, till necessary corrections are made by the respondents. 2. Learned counsel for the petitioners states that the petitioners would feel satisfied if the instant petition is disposed of with a direction to respondent no. 2 to decide the application dated 23.02.2026, preferred by the petitioners within a reasonable period of time. 3.
