ORDER:- The Criminal Petition has been filed under Section 482 of the Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023 (for brevity ‘the BNSS’) by the Petitioner/Accused for granting of pre-arrest bail in complaint Rc.No.1814/2021-B1, dated 20.03.2026 by Divisional Cooperative Officer, Srikakulam for the allegation of the offences punishable under Sections 314, 316(1), 318(1) and 336(1) of BNS, 2023 and Section 79(f) of the APCS Act,
1964.
2. Heard Mr.Ch.S.V.Suraj, the learned Counsel for the Petitioner and Ms.K.Priyanka Lakshmi, learned Assistant Public Prosecutor.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the allegations levelled against the petitioner are false, baseless, and concocted, and that the petitioner is in no way concerned with the allegations made therein. The
learned counsel further submits that the petitioner has been falsely implicated by the Assistant Registrar of the Society at the behest of the defacto complainant, with the sole intention of harassing and causing inconvenience to the petitioner. The learned counsel also submits that the petitioner is ready and willing to furnish sufficient sureties to the satisfaction of the police officials.

4. The learned Assistant Public Prosecutor submits that no crime has been registered against the petitioner as of today and prays for dismissal of the petition.
5. Considering the submissions made by the learned Assistant Public Prosecutor, this Court finds no merit in the petition, as no crime has been registered against the petitioner. Accordingly, the criminal petition is dismissed, granting liberty to the petitioner to approach this Court at an appropriate time.
As a sequel, Miscellaneous petitions, if any pending, shall stand closed.
