1. The present contempt petition is filed alleging wilful deliberate violation of the order dated 29.09.2015 passed in WP(C) No. 2421/2009.
2. By the aforesaid order, the penalty imposed upon the petitioner by the Disciplinary Authority and affirmed by the Appellate Authority were interfered with, and the respondents were directed to give consequential benefits to the petitioner.

3. The respondents have brought on record by filing affidavit that the
order has been complied with by promoting the petitioner to the next higher grade and same was also intimated to the petitioner.
4. I have perused the affidavit.
5. In my opinion, the order dated 29.09.2015 passed in WP(C) No. 2421/2009 has duly been complied with. However, if any grievance still remains, the petitioner may approach the appropriate forum by filing appropriate application.
