No. 14456 of 2025 and to do so in an expeditious manner, preferably within a period of one week, and pass such Counsel for the Petitioner: VENKATESWARLU KOLLA Counsel for the Respondents: J DILEEP KUMAR 3 THE HONOURABLE SRI JUSTICE VENKATESWARLU NIMMAGADDA CONTEMPT CASE NO: 271 OF 2026 The Court made the following order: This Contempt Case is filed complaining violation of the orders by the Respondents passed in W.P.No.14441 of 2025 dated 18.06.2025. 2. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that at the stage of admission this Court had disposed of the writ petition with a specific direction to the respondents vide orders dated 18.06.2025 in W.P.No.14456 of 2025 to consider and dispose of the f-line application dated 25.02.2025 submitted by the petitioner but, the respondents have not surveyed the subject property and not complied with the order of this court. Hence, this Contempt Case. 3. On the other hand learned counsel for the respondents submits that the Respondent No.4 had filed Reply Affidavit dated 08.05.2026. The Affidavit would indicate that in obedience to the order of this Court, the Respondent No.4 had issued notice to all the concerned persons including the petitioner and informed that the survey would be conducted on 27.08.2025. On 27.08.2025, one M. Srinivasa Rao had appeared at the site on behalf of the petitioner and requested that the land purchased by the applicant in the year 2024 be measured and demarcated. However, since there was no clarity about the boundaries for the land claimed to have been purchased by the petitioner, the survey was postponed to 05.08.2025. Accordingly, survey was conducted on 05.08.2025 in the presence of official respondents, petitioner and villagers. After conducting survey, it is observed by the Respondent No.4 4 that the petitioner viz., Smt. Kamma Rathamma w/o. Ravindra Babu, did not get the land measuring Ac.4.855 cents surveyed, confirmed, demarcated, or taken proper possession, prior to the execution and registration of the sale deed. Under the above circumstances, it is not possible to fix or demarcate the boundaries of the land in the subject survey numbers. 4. Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned counsel for the Respondents and perused the material available on record. 5. On perusal of the order passed by this Court, it is clear and categorical that the respondents are directed to consider the f-line application of the petitioner dated 25.02.2025 in accordance with law. The f-line application submitted by the petitioner is meant for getting survey in respect of her land. It is further observed that as directed by this Court the Respondent No.4 who is competent authority has conducted survey and issued report dated 02.08.2025, which would indicate that on 05.08.2025 survey was conducted in the presence of official respondents, petitioner and other villagers and report was prepared concluding that the petitioner did not get the land measuring Ac.4.855 cents surveyed, confirmed, demarcated, or taken proper possession, prior to the execution and registration of the sale deed, therefore, it is not possible to fix or demarcate the boundaries of the land in the subject survey numbers. 6. In the above premise, this Court opines that the respondents neither flouted the order of this court nor disobeyed the order of this Court and the 5 respondents have fully complied with the order of this Court with due diligence and no further orders are required in this Contempt Case. 7. Accordingly, this Contempt Case is closed. No order as to costs. 8. Consequently, Miscellaneous Petitions, if any, pending in this Writ Petition shall stand closed. ________________________________ VENKATESWARLU NIMMAGADDA, J Dt: 12.08.2026 Mnr 6 139 THE HONOURABLE SRI JUSTICE VENKATESWARLU NIMMAGADDA CONTEMPT CASE No.271 OF 2026 Dt: 12.08.2026 Mnr
