According to the petitioners, the 17th respondent, Murugan S/o Late Madheswaran died leaving behind the proposed respondents as legal heirs, therefore, filed this petition. The other side, viz., respondents 2 to 4 have no objection. 3. Though this Court has ordered notice on 02.12.2025 to the proposed respondents and the notice has also been served on the proposed parties, none appears for the proposed respondents. Further, no counter affidavit has been filed by the respondents 2 to 4. 4. Considering the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of the petition and the facts and circumstances of the case and to afford more opportunity to the parties, it is appropriate to allow the application.
