It is submitted that despite repeated representations made to the concerned authorities, no decision is being taken and the encroachment made by respondent nos. 5, 6 & 7 is not being removed. 4. Learned counsel for petitioner refers to the report, allegedly submitted by Revenue Sub Inspector, Chukti to Tehsildar Kichha, which is at page 45 of the writ petition. 5.
