Srivastava, learned counsel for the writ appellant and Ms. Inaholi, learned Government Advocate representing all the State respondents. This Writ Appeal is directed against the Judgment & Order dated 30.01.2026 passed by the learned Single Judge in WP(C)/184/2023. By the Judgment & Order dated 30.01.2026, the writ petition preferred by the present appellant as the writ petitioner has been dismissed. In the writ petition, the petitioner had projected that her service began under the State respondents initially as a contingency basis Sweeper at fixed pay, pursuant to an Order dated 22.07.1984, and the petitioner continued to render her services till she attained the age of superannuation on 31.07.2019. In the writ petition, because of such long years of service, the petitioner had sought for regularization of her service along with pensionary benefits. The matter would require consideration. Issue notice. As all the State respondents are represented by Ms. Page No.# 3/3 Inaholi, learned Government Advocate, the notice is made returnable on 15.07.2026. The State respondents are to ensure that their response, if any, is filed on or before 15.07.2026.
