PUBLIC PROSECUTOR (AP) The Court made the following: 3 THE HONOURABLE SMT JUSTICE SUNITHA GANDHAM CRIMINAL PETITION NO: 1567/2023 ORDER: Smt Popuri Lakshmi Priyanvita, learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that this matter arose out of matrimonial disputes and, in the original case in C.C.No.221 of 2022 on the file of the Principal Junior Civil Judge, Rayachoty, Y.S.R. Kadapa District, the petitioner and his wife settled the matter in the Lok-Adalat dated 07.07.2026 before the Mandal Legal Services Committee, Rayachoty and, accordingly, acquitted the petitioner/Accused No.1 and other accused for the offence punishable under Section 498-A r/w 34 of the Indian Penal Code, 1860. 2. Written Instructions of the Sub-Inspector of Police, Sambepalli Police Station, Annamayya District, dated 19.08.2026, were received by the learned Assistant Public Prosecutor and submitted the same. 3. As seen from the written instructions, both the parties settled their disputes before the Mandal Legal Services Committee, Rayachoty. 4. Recorded the said submissions. 5. In the result, this Criminal Petition is closed as infructuous. There shall be no order as to costs.
