Petitioners have filed this contempt petition alleging willful disobedience of the respondent, stating that in a writ petition bearing WP(227) No. 690 of 2025 vide order dated 24.07.2025 High Court has directed to conclude execution proceedings expeditiously in the light of decision of Hon’ble Supreme Court as mentioned therein, however, even after lapse of about nine months the proceedings have not been concluded. 2. Perusal of the order sheets of executing Court which is placed on record does not mention that counsel representing petitioners before the executing Court or petitioners themselves have brought to the notice of order passed by the High Court. As in the order sheet placed before this Court there is no such statement of counsel for the decree holder. 3 3. In the aforementioned facts of the case, I am not inclined to entertain this contempt petition, accordingly, it is dismissed.
