The o.p. no.2 was released on bail pursutant to the directions passed in CRM No. 6868 of 2017. Be that as it may, the order under challenge is more than eight and half years ago, this court has not been apprised relating to any further supervening circumstances. Having considered the time period which has passed in the meantime, I am not inclined to interfere with the order granting bail. At the same time, I direct that if there are any changed circumstances, it would be the discretion of the learned trial court/jurisdictional court to impose conditions and/or interfere with the order of bail.
