Petitioner represented by its Principal epartment, Secretariat, istrict at Bapatla, erstwhile onal Officer, Chirala Revenue Division, istrict, erstwhile andal, Bapatla district, Respondents 2 BSB,J W.P.No.18879 of 2026 Counsel for the petitioner: Naga Praveen Vankayalapati Counsel for the respondents: Government Pleader for Revenue 3 BSB,J W.P.No.18879 of 2026 The Court made the following order: This writ petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India to issue a writ or order or direction, more particularly one in the nature of writ of Mandamus, more particularly one in the nature of writ of Mandamus declaring inaction on the part of the respondents on the petitioner’s F-Line application dated 11.12.2025 submitted for conducting survey and fixation of boundaries for the petitioner’s agricultural landed properties of an extent of Ac. 5.32 cents covered by Survey No. 258 / 2i1 of Chinnaganjam revenue village and mandal of Bapatia district, as amounts to non-discharge of legal obligation conferred on them, as illegal, irregular, irrational, amounts to non-discharge of legal obligation conferred on them under the provisions of Andhra Pradesh Survey and Boundaries Act, 1923 and Board Standing Order 34-A and 34-B of Andhra Pradesh Board of Revenue Standing Orders and offends Articles 14 and 21 of the Constitution of India and consequently direct the respondents Nos.4 and 5 to conduct survey and fix boundaries for the aforesaid land and pass such other order or orders, as this Court deems fit in the interest of justice. 02. The learned Assistant Government Pleader for Revenue placed on record a copy of written instructions of the respondent No.4 dated 29.07.2026. Since it was mentioned therein that survey was held on 23.12.2025 in the presence of the petitioner and a photograph was taken at the time of survey, but the petitioner was not satisfied with the survey since the land within the boundaries shown by him was less than the extent mentioned in his document, copies of the notices issued to the neighbours of 4 BSB,J W.P.No.18879 of 2026 the subject land, a copy of the photograph, a copy of the report dated 02.01.2026 addressed by the Mandal Surveyor to the Tahsildar and a copy of rough enjoyment sketch of Field Measurement Sketch of Chinnaganjam were filed. 03. In view thereof, the learned counsel for the petitioner requested to dispose of the writ petition granting liberty to the petitioner to prefer appeal against the report of survey. 04. As such, the writ petition is disposed of recording the written instructions as part of the order and granting liberty to the petitioner to prefer appeal against the report of survey within two (02) weeks from the date of receipt of the copy of this order.
