Prayer for expeditious disposal of Matrimonial Petition No. 628 of 2023 (Smt. Ragini Vs. Rajveer Singh) has been made in this petition. 2. Submission is that this Court had already directed for expeditious disposal of the proceedings by order dated 08.05.2024 passed in Matters Under Article 227 No. 5762 of 2024 (Smt. Ragini Vs. Rajveer Singh). 3. A perusal of the said order indicates that though direction was issued, however, it was made clear that the same would not preclude adjudication of any other Misc. Case including an application under Section 24 of the Hindu Marriage Act, 1955. 4. The order sheet indicates that the said application has also been decided on 03.07.2024, whereafter issues have been framed on 01.08.2024 but the proceedings thereafter are being delayed. It further appears that the matter is posted for final hearing. 5. In view of the above, the petition is disposed of directing the concerned Family Court to take up the matter and decide the same on or before 31.08.2026, provided a certified copy of this order is filed before the concerned court within two weeks from today.
