No. 1 to take prompt decision on the representations/ complaint regardin the cancellation of the registration of Bhistipur Sahkari Matasya Jivi Samiti Ltd. Haridwar. Village Bhistipur Development Block & Tehsil Roorkee District Haridwar.” 4. As per office report, the writ petition is defected. Ordersheet indicates that several opportunities were given to the petitioner to cure the defect, but, the same has not been cured so far. 5. Even otherwise also, the relief as claimed in the writ petition cannot be granted.
