Apprehending their arrest in connection with FIR No. 444/2018 registered at Police Station Kanota, District Jaipur City (East), for the offence(s) under Sections 420, 167, 468, 471, 408 and 120-B of IPC, the accused-petitioners have preferred these anticipatory bail applications under Section 482 BNSS. 2. Learned counsel for the accused-petitioners submits that the accused-petitioners have falsely been implicated in this case. He further submits that the civil suit was decided in favour of the complainant and the said sale deed has been cancelled. It is also contended that the petitioners granted interim protection and the petitioners appeared before the Investigating Officer. Custodial interrogation of the accused-petitioners is not required, therefore, anticipatory bail applications of the accused-petitioners may be allowed. 2. Learned Public Prosecutor has vehemently opposed the bail applications. 3. Heard and perused the material available on record. 4. Considering the fact that the petitioners have appeared before the Investigating Officer and the matter is pending since 2024 and twice the final negative report has also been submitted, [2026:RJ-JP:21842] (3 of 3) [CRLMB-12458/2024] therefore, I deem it just and proper to allow the anticipatory bail applications. 5. Accordingly, these anticipatory bail applications under Section 482 BNSS are allowed and it is ordered that in the event of arrest of the petitioners namely- 1. Smt. Dropati Devi W/o Sh. Ghanshyam Das, 2. Romil Kumar S/o Sh. Ghanshyamdas, 3. Gaurav Rajalwal S/o Ghanshyamdas, 4. Ghanshyam Das S/o Sh. Sharwan and 5. Ramphool S/o Sh. Prabhati Lal, in connection with FIR No. 444/2018 registered at Police Station Kanota, District Jaipur City (East), they shall be released on bail, provided each of them furnishes a personal bond in the sum of Rs.50,000/- with two sureties in the sum of Rs.25,000/- each to the satisfaction of the S.H.O/I.O/Arresting Officer of the concerned Police Station on the following conditions:- (i) that the petitioners shall make themselves available for interrogation by a police officer as and when required; (ii) that the petitioners shall not directly or indirectly make any inducement, threat or promise to any person acquainted with the facts of the case so as to dissuade them from disclosing such facts to the court or any police officer, and (iii) that the petitioners shall not leave India without previous permission of the court.
