The appellants filed these applications for condonation of delay, setting aside abatement and for bringing the legal representatives of deceased respondent No.1 on record. 2. There is a delay of around 1 year and 284 days. The appellant No.1-B came to know about the death of respondent No.1 when he approached the learned counsel to explore the possibility of settlement. During the course of discussion, when appellant No.1-B inquired about the relatives of respondent No.1, he came to know about death of respondent No.1. Thereafter, the appellants took steps to bring the legal representatives of deceased respondent No.1 on record. 3. Considering the reasons given in the applications, delay of 1 year and 284 days is condoned, abatement is 2 29. CAS 1249.26.odt set aside and permission is granted to the appellants to bring the legal representatives of deceased respondent No.1 on record. 4. Necessary amendment be carried out within a period of two weeks. 5.
