This petition was filed by the petitioners way back on 31.12.2025. Upon institution, certain defects were pointed out by Registry. 4. As many as five opportunities were given by the Registrar (Judicial) for removal of defects but those were not cured and ultimately the matter was placed before the Court. Even this Court, on 17.06.2026, granted time to learned Counsel for the petitioners, as prayed for by him, to remove the defects but the matter is still lying defective. 5. In the aforesaid facts, it can well be inferred that petitioners do not seriously wish to press this petition.
