JUSTICE ANIL KUMAR UPMAN Order 25/05/2026 This application under Section 528 of BNSS has been filed on behalf of the applicant seeking modification in the order dated 04.03.2025 passed by this court in S.B. Cr. Misc. 5th Bail Application No.15253/2024 whereby the applicant was enlarged on bail. Learned counsel for the applicant submits that while allowing the bail application of the applicant, this Court directed him to mark his presence in the concerned police station on first and third week of every month, but applicant is suffering difficulties in marking his presence. It is also submitted that applicant has been marking his presence regularly before the concerned police station since the date of order. It is hereby directed that henceforth, instead of marking presence on first and third week of every month, the applicant shall mark his presence in the concerned police station once in every three months.
