1 12. CAS 1268.26.odt IN THE HIGH COURT OF JUDICATURE AT BOMBAY NAGPUR BENCH : NAGPUR CIVIL APPLICATION NO.1268 OF 2026 IN SECOND APPEAL NO.110 OF 2026 Nareshchandra M. Agrawal Vs. Chairman, NIT, Nagpur Office Notes, Office Memoranda of Court's or Judge's Order Coram, appearances, Court's Orders or directions and Registrar's order Mr. Arjun Raoka, Advocate for appellant/applicant. CORAM : MRS. VRUSHALI V. JOSHI, J. DATE : 10.09.2026. . Accordingly, the office has considered the present Second Appeal to be filed within limitation and has registered the appeal. 2. This is an application for condonation of delay in filing Second Appeal. 3. The review was filed before the learned First Appellate Court and, therefore, the Office has calculated the period of limitation from the date of order passed in review application. There is delay of around 107 days in filing the present Second Appeal. Considering the reasons stated in the application, delay of 107 days is condoned. Civil Application is allowed and disposed of. 4. Office to act accordingly. 2 12. CAS 1268.26.odt 5. List the Second Appeal for hearing on 24.09.2026. (MRS. VRUSHALI V. JOSHI, J.) T αɳɱαყ...
