It has been alleged that three accused persons had been apprehended by the police and on their confession, 10 stolen motorcycles were recovered. The petitioner is said to have fled away from the place of occurrence. The petitioner is in custody since 26.11.2025. Regard being had to the gravity of the offence and the period of custody undergone by the petitioner, the petitioner above named is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each, to the satisfaction of learned Judicial Magistrate, 1st Class, Bermo at Tenughat in connection with Gomia P.S.
