The applicant had filed an application before the trial Court before filing of the charge-sheet, however, his application was rejected on 03/02/2026, however, on the same day, i.e., on 03/02/2026, the charge-sheet was filed, meaning thereby, the applicant has not got the opportunity to peruse the charge-sheet. 2. In this view of the matter, the learned counsel appearing for the applicant, on instructions, seeks permission to withdraw the present application, with liberty to file a fresh application before the trial Court. 3.
