Also heard Mr. Moa Imchen, learned Senior Government Advocate and Mr. Joshua Sheqi, learned counsel for respondent No. 5. After hearing the matter for some length, the learned counsel for the appellant prays that she may be allowed to withdraw the writ appeal and make a challenge to the Report dated 18.10.2024, made by the Office of the ADC & Additional District Magistrate and various documents which had been relied upon by the respondents. She submits that she would like to make a challenge to the documents, as there are disputed questions of facts involved. The learned counsels for the respondents submit that they have got no comments to make on the prayer of the appellant. The prayer of the appellant is allowed. The writ appeal is dismissed as withdrawn, with liberty being given to the appellant to challenge the veracity of some of the documents before the appropriate forum as per law.
