The writ petition is filed with the following prayer: "i) issue a writ, order or direction in the nature of Mandamus directing the respondents, mainly respondent no.1 to ensure the payment of all the retiral dues of petitioner in reasonable period. (a) Amount of gratuity. (b) Amount of Leave Encashment (c) Arrear of D.R. from 164% to 212%. (d) Interest of 9% from 29.02.2024 to actual Payment of abovementioned dues." 3. Learned counsel for respondents submits that admissible dues of the petitioner would be paid in a time bound manner. 4.
