JUSTICE VINOD KUMAR BHARWANI Order 22/05/2026 The present writ petition has been filed on behalf of the petitioner with the following prayers :- "It is, therefore, most respectfully prayed that your Lordship may graciously be pleased to accept and this writ petition and further be pleased to direct the Sub Divisional Officer, Behror for early disposal of Civil Suit No.27/1999 New No.248/2015 titled as Maniram Vs. Bajranj & Others, at an early date or within a period of two months and further respondent may kindly be directed to not file any unnecessary application for linger on the case in the larger interest of justice. Issue any other writ order or direction which this Hon'ble Court deems fit and proper, may kindly be passed in favour of the petitioner." Therefore, considering the innocuous prayer made by learned counsel appearing for the petitioner, the writ petition is disposed of with a direction to the concerned Court of Sub Divisional Officer (SDO), Behror to decide Suit No.27/1999 as expeditiously as possible and preferably within a period of one year from the date of receipt of the certified copy of this order, strictly in accordance with law.
