UNNI KRISHNAN NAIR ORDER 10/06/2026 Mr. S Islam, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that in view of the contentions raised by the Executive Director, Samagra Siksha, Axom in the affidavit filed in the present proceedings and therein, having contended that the construction activity has been progressed and around 46% of the work has been completed as well as that the site at which the present school building is being so constructed was also one of the plot selected by the School Managing Committee and the local public, he be permitted to withdraw the present writ petition. Prayer is not objected to by Mr. P Nayak, learned Additional Accountant Page No.# 3/3 General, appearing for the respondents. Accordingly, the present writ petition stands dismissed on withdrawal.
