This Court, by its order dated 10.10.2025, modified the conditional leave granted by the Trial Court, by directing the petitioner to deposit a sum of Rs.2,50,000, instead of Rs.3,00,000/- by way of fixed deposit in the name of Registrar, City Civil Court, Chennai and also observed that all other conditions imposed by the court below in the impugned order dated 13.08.2025 is unaltered. Now the petitioner has filed the present petition seeking extension of time to comply with the above said order. 3.
