The legacy entry in the matter initially could not be made since the papers relating to the connected appeal could not be traced out. However, from the data available from the connected CR file as well as registers available with the Section, the legacy entry has now been made. We approve of such legacy entry. 2. At the time of call, none appears for the parties. We find from the order dated January 20, 2026 that in view of the second consecutive occasion when none appeared for the parties, the connected Rule was discharged on the said date. Even today, none appears for the parties at the time of call. Accordingly, FMAT 2816 of 1988 is dismissed for default without any order as to costs. Interim order, if any, stands vacated.
