Page No.# 2/2 This is an application filed under Section 483 of the BNSS, 2023, praying for grant of bail to the accused-applicant in connection with Basistha P.S. Case No. 210/2025, registered under Section 304(2) of the BNS, 2023. Mr. Sarma, learned Addl. P.P. submits that charge-sheet in the instant case has already been filed, vide charge-sheet No. 167/2026 dated 30.05.2026. Mr. Munir, learned counsel for the accused-applicants submits that in view of filing of the charge-sheet, he may be allowed to go to the jurisdictional court, wherein, the charge-sheet has been filed, for proper relief. Taking into account the aforesaid submission, the instant bail application is closed with a liberty granted to the accused-applicant to approach the jurisdictional court within 15 days of passing the instant order for any proper relief, if so advised.
