The petitioner is apprehending his arrest in connection with Namkum P.S. Case No. 340 of 2025, registered for the offence under Sections 319(2), 318(4), 338, 336(3) & 340(2) of the BNS and Section 10 of Jharkhand Conduct of Examination Act, pending in the Court of the learned Judicial Magistrate 1st Class, Ranchi. 3. Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has been falsely implicated in this case. It has been alleged that the petitioner has tried to obtain the job of Group D by impersonating Lalu Kumar @ Anish Kumar. 4. Learned counsel appearing for the State opposes the prayer and submits that the petitioner has tried to obtain employment by impersonating another person. 5. In para 2 of the case diary, which has come in the order of the learned Sessions Judge that the PAN card and the AADHAAR card of Neutral Citation No. ( 2026:JHHC:12450 ) this petitioner have been seized by the police from the possession of other co-accused, namely Lalu Kumar @ Anish Kumar. The allegations are there that the petitioner was trying to obtain the job of Group D by impersonating the said Lalu Kumar @ Anish Kumar. 6. In the attending facts and circumstances of the case, I am not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner. Accordingly, his prayer for anticipatory bail is hereby rejected.
