Petitioner has filed this writ petition seeking following reliefs:- “i. That, this Hon'ble Court may kindly be pleased to issue an appropriate writ/direction/order to the respondent authorities with a direction to consider the case of the petitioner and to release the salary of the petitioner from 16.05.2018 to till 23.02.2020. ii. That, this Hon'ble Court may kindly be pleased to direct the Respondent authorities to consider and decide the representation submitted by the petitioner dated 19.12.2025 granting salary for the period of suspension to the petitioner along with interest; iii. Any other relief, which this Hon'ble Court deems fit and proper, may also kindly be granted to the petitioner, in the interest of justice.” 2. Learned counsel for the petitioner submit that petitioner has not been paid salary for the period when he was put under suspension. Petitioner has submitted representation before respondent No.2, which is pending consideration, therefore, direction be issued to respondent No.2 to consider, take decision on the representation and to issue appropriate directions to the other authorities for disbursement of the salary for the period, petitioner was under suspension at the earliest within specific time period. 3 3. Counsel for the State submits that in view of the limited prayer made by counsel for the petitioner, he is having no objection. 4. I have heard learned counsel for the parties. 5. Taking into consideration the facts and circumstances of this case, nature of grievance raised in this writ petition, I find appropriate to dispose of this with petition at this stage, directing the respondent No.2 & 3 to consider and take decision on the representation dated 19.12.2025 submitted by the petitioner in accordance with law, expeditiously preferably within further period of 3 months from the date of receipt of the order.
