Also heard Mr. B. Sarma, learned Addl. P.P., representing the State respondent. This is an application filed under Section 482 of the BNSS, 2023, praying for grant of pre-arrest bail to the accused-applicant in connection with Doboka P.S. Page No.# 2/2 Case No. 232/2025, registered under Section 64 of the BNS, 2023. Mr. Sarma, learned Addl. P.P. submits that charge-sheet in the instant case has already been filed, vide charge-sheet No. 10/2026 dated 29.01.2026. Mr. Munir, learned counsel for the accused-applicant submits that in view of filing of the charge-sheet, he may be allowed to go to the jurisdictional court, wherein, the charge-sheet has been filed, for proper relief. Taking into account the aforesaid submission, the instant bail application is closed with a liberty granted to the accused-applicant to approach the jurisdictional court within 15 days of passing the instant order for any proper relief, if so advised. Till his appearance, the interim order passed earlier on 09.01.2026 shall be continued. Accordingly, the instant bail application is disposed of. 41 JUDGE Comparing Assistant
