The petitioner has filed this Writ Petition claiming that the Sub-Registrar, Khandagiri (Opposite Party No.3) orally refused to register the sale deed dtd.26.12.2025 produced by the petitioner without any reason. 4. Since the statute provides that the Registering Officer shall either admit the document placed for registration or refuse to do so but only after recording reasons, the Writ Petition is disposed of directing the Petitioner to approach the Sub- Registrar, Khandagiri again and present the document for registration. The Sub-Registrar shall thereafter consider the document for registration in accordance with law. 5. Urgent certified copy of this order be granted on proper application.
