Keshri, A.P.P 02/ 28.04.2026: Heard learned counsel for the petitioners and learned counsel for the State. 2. The petitioners are apprehending their arrest in connection with Jaridih P.S. Case No. 29 of 2023, corresponding to G.R. No. 221 of 2023, registered under sections 341, 323, 448, 307, 379, 504/34 of I.P.C, pending in the Court of learned A.C.J.M, Bermo at Tenughat. 3. Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that false allegation has been made against the petitioners of entering into the house of the informant and taking away money and in view of that the petitioners may kindly be provided privilege of anticipatory bail. 4. Learned counsel for the State opposes the prayer and submits that allegations of assault are there pursuant to that informant has received grievous injury on his head which has come in page 13 of the case diary. 5. Looking into contents of F.I.R. it transpires that there is direct allegation of assault against the petitioner no.1 upon the head of informant pursuant to that informant has received grievous injury. In view of that I am not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner no.1. Accordingly, the prayer of anticipatory bail on behalf of petitioner no.1 namely, Raju Singh @ Chhotu Driver, is hereby rejected. 5. So far prayer of bail on behalf of petitioner 2 is concerned, the petitioner no.2 is lady and there is general and omnibus allegation against her however in page 13 of the case diary it has come that injury is grievous in nature, I am inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner no.2 . Accordingly, the petitioner 2 namely, Pinki Devi is directed to surrender before the learned court within three weeks from today and in the event of her ( 2026:JHHC:12407 ) surrender / arrest, the petitioner no.2 shall be released on bail, on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 25,000/- (twenty five thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each, to the satisfaction of learned A.C.J.M, Bermo at Tenughat, in connection with Jaridih P.S.
