Heard Mr.Anand Shukla, learned counsel for the petitioner as well as Mr.Praveen Das, learned Additional Advocate General appearing for respondents No.1 to 4/State. 2. The present writ petition has been filed by the petitioner with the following prayers: “i. That this Hon'ble Court may kindly be pleased to issue a writ in the nature of mandamus or any other writ directing the Respondent No.03 Sub Divisional Magistrate, Raigarh, to take necessary action and decide the case no. 257/1988 within a stipulated period as early as possible, in the interest of justice. ii. That this Hon'ble Court may further be pleased to direct the Respondent No. 03 Sub-Divisional Magistrate, Raigarh to release the attached/seized suit property and hand over the possession of the same to the petitioners, as early as possible, in the interest of justice. iii. That, this Hon'ble Court may further be pleased to direct the Competent Authority to conduct an inquiry against the sale of seized property by the Co-owners of Akashdeep, in the interest of justice. iv. To kindly make any other order or writ that may be deemed fit and just in the facts and circumstances of the case including awarding of the costs to the petitioner.” 3. Learned Additional Advocate appearing for respondents No. 1 to 3 4/State submits that the concerned Sub-Divisional Magistrate has already passed an order dated 22.04.2026 releasing the property in question. It is further submitted that the parties have been directed to move an application under Section 250 of the Chhattisgarh Land Revenue Code, 1959. A copy of the said order has been annexed along with an application for taking documents on record, filed by counsel for the petitioner on 27.04.2026. 4. As the order has already been passed by the Sub-Divisional Magistrate, Raigarh, on 22.04.2026, the petitioner or any of the party to the litigation pending before the Sub-Divisional Magistrate, Raigarh, if aggrieved by the said order, is at liberty to take recourse to law. 5.
