The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has earlier moved before this Court in A.B.A No. 2416 of 2025, which was disposed of as not maintainable. 3. Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the State submits that earlier the anticipatory bail application of the petitioner was disposed of as not maintainable, and the petitioner is required to move before the learned Court by filing an appropriate petition for regular bail. 4. In view of the above, it transpires that earlier an anticipatory bail application has already been disposed of, and no fresh ground has been shown in filing the second anticipatory bail application. 5. At this stage, the learned counsel for the petitioner seeks ( 2026:JHHC:11680 ) --2-- permission to withdraw the present anticipatory bail application with liberty to move before the learned Court. 6.
